Now upon watching the trailer, the story appears to begin similar to Resident Evil or 28 Days Later, with the main character waking up in a hospital bed and finding many dead, and undead, corpses around the city. I'm hoping that the show will take on a more creative twist as it progresses, but only time will tell. I'm also hoping to see some good zombie kills. For those of you that have seen your fair share of zombie films, there's always some crazy way they're taken down. Whether it be death by a lawnmower blade, a super-rigged bus with chainsaws sticking out, or just shooting celebrity-look-alikes, zombie films have always had some interesting offensive tactics. It'll be neat to see what The Walking Dead has in store for us.
The trailer doesn't appear to be very frightful, however it does look entertaining. Considering the experience of the production team and the decent-looking trailer, I think it's worth checking out this new show on Halloween night. Check out the movie's trailer below:
